“I loved being facilitated by Gisela and learning as she holds a room. I felt very cared for and guided, and was able to integrate the concepts and practice of liminality in a deeper way.”

“The (Liminal Pathways) framework expanded the way I think about change—instead of focusing only on before and after, I now better understand the complexity and the space and time it takes for change to happen.”

Project manager for a public-services organization

Join Grove CEO Gisela Wendling, Ph.D., as she provides an introductory exploration of her highly accessible, universally applicable and holistic framework that will help you map, assess and design the “outer support” needed to help individuals, teams and organizations move through the “inner work” of changing.

This 90-minute mini-workshop will help you appreciate the idea of the liminal—the threshold zone—and the generative, often challenging dynamics between what has been and what will be. Learn the must-knows and competencies that will help you along the journey through the unknown that inevitably is part of any real change process.

Along with the other participants, you will consider current changes moving through your life–may they be volitional, planned or beyond your control. Recognize how to access your intrinsic transformational, inspirational and visionary agency as an individual, organizational leader or change guide.

You will receive a mini-workbook before the start of the session.

Participants also receive a free digital copy of The Liminal Pathways Study, which illuminates the efficacy and benefits of the framework and explores how change agents have applied it across a wide range of personal, professional and organizational contexts.

The ideas and insights described paint a much-needed picture of what really goes on during change. This book will help you gain insight into your transformational agency and how to grow your change confidence.
