Team Performance Community of Practice

Join other Team Performance practitioners for a free monthly call about the benefits of the Drexler/Sibbet Team Performance Model®, how it’s being used and what’s next in the field of team development.

You'll get new tips, tools and best practices — as well as ways to scale the model across your teams. 

Membership is limited to Team Performance Workshop Alumni, Licensees and Survey Administrators. 

This new community of practice is launching with monthly interactive 60-minute calls led by Joran Oppelt (Grove senior consultant) and David Sibbet (founder of The Grove).

• The calls are held on the third Thursday of every month.
• We will send reminders prior to the call and will use the same Zoom link for each session.
• You only need to register once to be a member of the Community and are welcome to join any of the calls that work for you.
