Full payment is required at time of registration. Your seat in the workshop is not confirmed until full payment has been received. 

Fees may be paid by credit card (American Express, MasterCard or Visa), or PayPal. If you need to pay by P.O. or check, then please contact us to set up payment arrangements.

For Online Workshops:

We understand that schedules change, and we attempt to make allowances when possible. However, because materials are provided to participants prior to the start of a workshop, as well as the time spent in advance by workshop leaders, we have instituted the following policies regarding transferring or cancellation: With more than 10 business days notice, we will offer you the option of a ‘one-time only’ transfer to another session of the same workshop for $150, or a free transfer to a colleague or friend to the same workshop date that you are registered for (with workshop leader approval). Once you transfer, you will not be eligible for a refund. Alternatively with more than 20 business days notice, we can offer you a 75% refund. With 11-20 business days notice, we can offer you a 50% refund. With 10 business days or less notice, we are not able to process refunds.

For In-Person Workshops:

Due to the unprecedented and unpredictable nature of COVID-19 and ever-changing risks and regulations, our cancellation policy for in-person workshops is as follows: The Grove reserves the right to cancel at any time if circumstances arise that make us unable to provide a safe learning environment. We will offer participants a full refund due to course cancellation. Participants, likewise, can cancel at any time. However, for cancellations of 10 business days or fewer, we will provide a full refund minus $150.

If you are interested in registering a group (more than one person), we are happy to offer a 10% discount when registering for the same workshop.

To have each participant register separately via our website with a discount, please contact ua for a discount code to use during checkout. 

If you would like to register all participants with one transaction/invoice, please email us with the name, email addresses and phone numbers for each participant, and we will provide you with an invoice you can pay online. Don’t forget to include the workshop name and session date.
